Brad Bazley

Brad joined Material in 2019, reinvigorating the company’s technology capabilities and beginning their Digital Transformation journey in earnest. He leads teams of talented generalists across the Business Applications, Digital Workplace, and Infrastructure disciplines to help Material make an impact through technology.

Brad, whose passion for technology began before the Internet was “a thing,” started his career as a technician at the dawn of the Internet age. He quickly progressed as an engineer, architect, and project manager by delivering innovative solutions that surprised and delighted his clients. Building on this success, he took up the challenge of leading increasingly large and diverse technical teams at Grant Thornton and Red Bull, all while completing a Master’s in Business Administration through University of New South Wales’ Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM). He also served as an Information Management Officer with Australian Youth Ambassadors for Development in Indonesia.

An Australian married to a Brit who moved to the US to work for Austrians, Brad is as dedicated to Material and his team as he is to his family and golden doodle, Chewie. If Brad isn’t energetically engaged in a conversation about the future of technology at Material, you can find him running, swimming, or weight-lifting in California’s sunny outdoors.
