Michael Bruno

Michael Bruno has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Michael is currently the Vice President of Development at LS Power, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Competitive Power Ventures for over 16 years. During their time there, they held various roles including Vice President of Development, Director, Manager, and Associate. In their role as Director, Michael led the development activities of a large-scale natural gas project, overseeing project management, budgeting, real estate acquisition, environmental permitting, public outreach, and contract negotiations. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in project development, government relations, and financial modeling within the energy sector.

Michael Bruno attended Boston Latin School from 1997 to 2003. Michael then went on to study at Massachusetts Maritime Academy, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marine Engineering from 2003 to 2007. Following that, Michael pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Facilities Management at Massachusetts Maritime Academy from 2012 to 2014.
