Lisa Ake has extensive experience in air traffic control and management, currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert at LS Technologies, LLC since March 2021. Prior to this role, Lisa was retired for a brief period after a successful tenure at the FAA's Air Traffic Control System Command Center, where duties included quality control and compliance assurance from January 2014 to December 2020. Lisa's previous roles within the FAA spanned several traffic management and specializations, including severe weather management, system efficiency, and training as a journeyman air traffic controller. Additional experience includes serving as a NATCA Subject Matter Expert on quality control-related initiatives and representation on the Collaborative Decision Making - Federal Executive Team. Lisa holds a BS in Criminal Justice/Political Science from Sam Houston State University and an AAS in Criminal Justice from Lone Star Community College.
