I am the founder of LS Wellness Solutions LLC, and co-founder of Lifted Soul by Elysium Wellness Collective where I help individuals, organizations, and communities better understand the impact of chronic stress on the mind and body while providing practical, evidence-informed tools for healing and resilience.

With nearly two decades in health and wellness, my background combines public health, nutrition, behavior change, stress management, and integrative wellness practices. I hold a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Nutrition, the Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) credential, Certified Wellness Practitionee, (CWP), and multiple certifications in holistic wellness, somatic breathwork, mindfulness, and sound healing.

My work bridges the gap between science-based wellness education and whole-person healing. Through coaching, speaking, workshops, corporate wellness programming, and immersive wellness experiences, I help people move beyond survival mode and reconnect with balance, purpose, and sustainable well-being.

I am especially passionate about:
• Nervous system regulation and stress recovery
• Emotional resilience and behavior change
• Workplace wellness and burnout prevention
• Women’s wellness and empowerment
• Integrative and functional wellness approaches
• Trauma-informed wellness education

In addition to my private practice, I teach holistic wellness programs through continuing education, speak at community and wellness events, and collaborate on innovative wellness initiatives designed to make healing more accessible and meaningful.

My mission is simple: to help people reclaim their health, their peace, and their sense of self — because freedom is often found on the other side of fear.
