Bryan Harder

Bryan Harder, AIA, brings 19 years of design and project management experience to LS3P. Bryan’s career has focused on delivering projects on time and within budget, using Building Information Modeling (BIM) as a tool to provide exceptional service to his clients. He has significant experience in a variety of project types including student housing, senior housing, and renovation and adaptive reuse projects. As a skillful project manager, he balances his attention to detail with an ability to see the big picture, and leverages the use of technology to enhance project communication and minimize conflicts and changes during construction.
