Jennifer C. Smith

Jennifer Smith is LS3P’s Vice President of Human Resources. A graduate of New School University with a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, she also double majored in English and Communication at Rockhurst University. Jennifer brings previous professional experience at firms in New York with roles including Chief People & Administrative Officer, Global Head of Talent and Culture, Director | Human Capital Business Partner, and Director of Human Resources. She is also a former US Peace Corps Volunteer in Cameroon, and was awarded the Isador Lubin Award for outstanding graduating student at New School University.
