Rohit Patel

Rohit Patel, who joined the LS3P’s Columbia office in 2008, earned a Master of Science in Architecture from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Cept University in Ahmedabad, In-dia. His diverse portfolio includes K-12, higher education, hospitality, and corporate projects at firms in Ahmedabad, Zurich, and Atlanta. His recent project work includes the Richland Two Institute for Innova-tion (R2i2) in Columbia, an interactive learning hub offering educational resources and collaboration space for the community.

Rohit serves as a member of the firm’s Alchemy team, which is dedicated to elevating design and the de-sign process firmwide; he is also a passionate advocate for sustainable and high performance design.
