Ryan provides design, detailing, digital modeling and 3D printing for the commercial and special projects studio. His work involves analysis, design solutions, documents production, permitting and construction administration for new and renovation projects. He also prepares exhibits and participates in client presentations to reveal work accomplished and outline the next tasks to achieve project success. His assignments have included new buildings with comprehensive interiors as well as interior and exterior renovations for office, branch banks, corporate headquarters, restaurants, country clubs and medical office buildings.
During his master’s program, Ryan worked as a research assistant for digital and analogue design labs focusing on advanced fabrication techniques and took advantage of a summer abroad architecture study program in western Europe. He is a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank, AIA Charlotte Chapter, and Charlotte Rescue Mission.
