Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence at LSAC

Betsy Clementson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Betsy is currently working as a Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence at the Law School Admission Council (LSAC). Prior to this, they worked as a Pitch Reviewer at Scroobious.

In 2021, Betsy founded and served as the Principal of The Librarian Advantage.

Before that, Betsy held the position of Head at the Lillian A. and Robert L. Turchin Business Library at Tulane University from 2013 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for strategic direction, operations, and budget management of the business library. Betsy also provided research assistance to students and faculty, coordinated vendor relations, and taught research classes.

From 2009 to 2013, Betsy worked as an Assistant Professor and Research & Instruction Librarian at Western Carolina University. Prior to that, they served as an Academic Programs Librarian at Horry-Georgetown Technical College from 2006 to 2009.

Betsy also has experience in the corporate sector, having held a contract position as an Information Specialist II at Bank of America in 2006. Betsy also worked at Muzak Holdings LLC from 2000 to 2005, where they held various positions including Account Lead, Account Specialist, and Account Coordinator.

Betsy Clementson holds a Master of Library and Information Studies degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Betsy also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the same university. Betsy completed their Associate of Arts degree at Brevard College. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including PMC Level 1 from Pragmatic Institute, Certified Product Positioning from Section4, and Getting Started with Power BI Desktop from Coursera, among others. Betsy's education history reflects a strong background in library and information studies, as well as a focus on strategic and competitive intelligence and data analysis.
