Lauren Weil has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lauren started their career in 1991 as a Program Representative at the Computer-Based Testing Network Group, where they handled hotline inquiries and followed up on irregularity reports.

In 1996, Lauren joined Educational Testing Service (ETS) as a Graduate Programs Manager, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of computer-based tests. Lauren managed the transition from paper and pencil to computer-based tests and implemented training plans for test center staff.

Lauren continued their tenure at ETS and became a Manager in 2001, overseeing the operational activities of a domestic computer-based testing network. Lauren acted as a liaison with ETS Programs and managed vendors for test deliveries. Lauren also assisted test center staff and ensured compliance.

From 2004 to 2012, Lauren held various roles at ETS, including Director of the Strategic Testing Network for TOEFL iBT, Director of the ETS Preferred Vendor Network, and Executive Director. In these positions, they managed global implementations, collaborated with subsidiaries, facilitated network expansions, and oversaw exam creation, delivery, and scoring.

In 2012, Lauren worked as a Business Development/Process Consultant, providing consulting services. Lauren then joined Global Study Pass as the School Network Director for the US East Coast from 2014 to 2016.

From 2016 to 2017, Lauren served as the Regional Director of Program Operations at The Cambridge Institute of International Education. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team, building relationships with partner schools, and overseeing homestay accommodations for international students.

In 2017, Lauren became the Education Manager at NAFA Fleet Management Association, where they focused on education-related initiatives. Lauren then joined USYWMD Edu-Homestay Inc. in 2018 as a Regional Manager, overseeing operations in a specific region.

Lauren's most recent role, starting in 2019, is as a Program Manager in Product Development and Business Intelligence at the Law School Admission Council. Their responsibilities include managing program development and overseeing business intelligence initiatives.

Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated expertise in program management, operations, business development, and education management. Lauren has effectively managed teams, built relationships, and ensured high-quality and timely delivery of services.

Lauren Weil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/English from New York University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Human Subjects Research - Social-Behavioral-Educational (SBE) Foundations from the CITI Program in April 2022.
