Michelle Heck is the Director of Unite Services for the Law School Admissions Council, a position held since 2023. Previously, Michelle served as the Associate Dean of Admissions at the University of Richmond School of Law from 2019 to 2023 and as the Director of Law School Admissions at the University of Missouri-School of Law from 2006 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Michelle worked at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions as a Center Manager and was involved in marketing roles at First National Bank. Michelle earned a BSBA in Marketing from Union University and a Master's in Educational Leadership from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
