Susannah Pollvogt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Susannah currently serves as the Senior Director of Legal Education Solutions at the Law School Admission Council (LSAC), where they are involved in the development of academic skills programming to support law students nationwide. Susannah is passionate about incorporating diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging principles into the curriculum to enhance the law student and lawyer experience.

Prior to joining LSAC, Susannah held various positions at the University of Arkansas School of Law, including Associate Dean of Student Success and Director of Academic Excellence and Bar Skills. Susannah also worked as an Associate Professor at Washburn University School of Law, where they focused on constitutional law and taught courses in Constitutional Law and Torts. Susannah's responsibilities as the Director of Student Success involved working closely with students to help them develop the necessary analytical skills to achieve their academic and career goals.

Susannah's earlier experiences include roles as a Visiting Lecturer and Bar Exam Consultant at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, and as the Director of Academic Skills at the University of California Irvine School of Law. Susannah also served as a Lecturer at the University of Denver and gained legal experience as a Staff Attorney at the Vermont Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Additionally, Susannah worked as an Associate at Holland & Hart LLP.

Susannah Pollvogt completed their BA in Political Science from Williams College, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. Susannah further went on to pursue their JD from Yale Law School, where they studied from 1995 to 1998.
