Devin Hilty

Devin Hilty has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Devin started their career as a Research and Development Co-op at ETHICON Johnson & Johnson, where they assisted engineers in the design and analysis of surgical ultracision. Devin later joined Honda Research and Development of North America as a Research and Testing Co-op, where they conducted research, tested vehicles, and analyzed vehicle performance. Devin then worked at Rolls-Royce as a Mechanical Design Engineer, participating in a professional excellence program and designing custom compressors for the oil and gas industry. Devin continued their career at Siemens as a Mechanical Design Engineer, overseeing the design of custom compressors and managing drafting and checking groups. Devin later joined Acoustech Systems as a Project Manager and Lead Design Engineer, developing ultrasonic machining technology and tools. Currently, they are with LSP Technologies, Inc. as the Head of Mechanical Engineering, leading a team of engineers and designers in designing laser shock peening systems and developing standard design processes.
