Eric McFarland

Eric McFarland, CFA, currently serves as Head of Credit at LSQ since November 2023. Prior to this role, Eric was Chief Credit Officer at Arc Technologies, where responsibilities included building an AI-driven neobank and managing risk oversight. Their experience also encompasses leadership positions at Brex, American Express, Zions Bank, Silicon Valley Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Eric holds a B.S. in Finance and Chinese from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business, and has a proven track record in credit underwriting, risk management, and product development across various financial institutions.
