Angelina Freeman is an accomplished academic and research professional with extensive experience in the fields of oceanography and coastal sciences. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Louisiana State University since January 2017, Angelina also holds the position of Research Scientist at the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority of Louisiana since January 2014. Previously, Angelina worked as the Director of Science and Engineering Projects for the Mississippi River Delta at the Environmental Defense Fund from May 2009 to December 2013. Angelina's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Music from Eckerd College, a Master's degree in Acoustics from Penn State University, and a PhD in Oceanography and Coastal Sciences from Louisiana State University.
