Brittney Randall

Brittney Randall, MA, serves as the Assistant Director of Online Recruitment at Louisiana State University since June 2019, leading and mentoring a team to achieve enrollment goals while collaborating across various LSU institutions to recruit online students. Previously, Brittney held several positions within the same university, including Online Recruitment Team Manager and Enrollment Concierge Team Lead, focusing on guiding prospective students through the admissions process. Prior experience includes serving as an Admissions Representative at Virginia College, where recruitment and student campus visits were primary responsibilities, and a Customer Service Representative at AT&T, delivering exceptional customer service and support. Brittney holds a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Educational/Instructional Technology from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Loyola University New Orleans.
