Caroline Henry

Caroline Henry is an undergraduate student at Louisiana State University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology. As an Undergraduate Student Researcher since August 2023, Caroline works under Dr. Christine Lattin in a Neuroendocrinology and Behaviors lab, studying the effects of laboratory habitation on the microbiome of anoles. Caroline serves as the Public Relations Chair for the LSU President's Alumni Scholar Cohort, managing content and creating graphics for Instagram. Within LSU Student Government, leadership roles include Freshmen Leadership Council Small Group Leader, Assistant Director of Special Events, and Assistant Director of Communications, where event planning and promotion were key responsibilities. Prior research experience includes a position as a Research Intern at WK Advanced Urology, where Caroline presented research at various conferences. Caroline has also worked as a Research Student Worker at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, studying Human Cytomegalovirus and achieving notable successes in science fairs. Caroline has future study abroad plans at the University of Melbourne from July to November 2024.
