Christopher Stelly

Christopher Stelly has extensive experience in the entertainment industry, currently serving as Executive Director of Louisiana Entertainment and Director of Legislative Affairs for Louisiana Economic Development since January 2004. In this role, Stelly oversees the administration of various incentive programs for the entertainment and digital media sectors and supervises a team of seven full-time employees. Stelly also has experience as an adjunct professor at Louisiana State University since January 2019. Prior to these roles, Stelly worked in the Governor's Office from September 1998 to January 2004 as Director of Constituent Services, and began a career in the film industry as Business Development Manager during its early development in Louisiana. Stelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Political Science from Louisiana State University.
