CJ Huff serves as the President of The CJ Huff Group since July 2015, offering leadership consultation services focused on strategic leadership, community engagement, and crisis management. As the Founder and Special Advisor of Bright Futures USA, established in April 2010, CJ Huff leads a grassroots initiative aimed at enhancing child success through community collaboration. In addition, CJ Huff acts as a Senior Advisor for J&M Global Solutions LLC since July 2017, supporting educational institutions in emergency management planning. Other roles include Professional Speaker with the Washington Speakers Bureau since January 2012, Instructor/Subject Matter Expert at Louisiana State University since July 2019, and former Special Advisor at the Missouri Center for Education Safety. Previous experience includes serving as Superintendent for Joplin Schools and Eldon R-1 School District. CJ Huff holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Arkansas and multiple advanced degrees in educational leadership from Missouri State University.
