Gabriel Rivera

Gabriel Rivera is an experienced finance and operations professional with a strong background in business processes and community outreach. Currently serving as a Business Operations Graduate Assistant in the Office of Diversity at Louisiana State University since August 2015, Gabriel manages financial records, streamlines business processes, leads a team of student workers, and organizes diversity initiatives. Prior experience includes an internship as an Investment Analyst at the International Finance Corporation, where responsibilities included portfolio management and market risk assessments. Gabriel has also contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at LSU AgCenter, focusing on optimizing sugar processing operations, and participated as a member of the Diversity Advisory Board for the College of Engineering. Gabriel holds an MBA with a concentration in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering, both from Louisiana State University.
