Isaac Brown

Isaac "Ike" Brown currently serves as the Associate Director of Athletic Development at Louisiana State University since January 2022 and owns Isaac Brown Inc., focusing on a holistic coaching approach that empowers individuals physically, mentally, and spiritually. Brown briefly worked as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Green Bay Packers in May 2023 through the Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship. Previous experience includes roles as Area Scout and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Football Club, Head Strength Coach at Forge FC, and Director of Player Development at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where mentorship and life coaching played key roles. Brown began a professional athletic career with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and the Atlanta Falcons, following a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Studies from Central Michigan University.
