Isaac Traxler

High Performance Computing - Storage & Infrastructure Manager

Isaac Traxler has extensive experience in high-performance computing and operations management, currently serving as Co-Director for ICPC South Central USA Region since January 2000 and as High Performance Computing - Storage & Infrastructure Manager at Louisiana State University since December 1991. In these roles, Isaac oversees administrative and storage teams for LSU HPC and LONI HPC, while also managing various system administration functions. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Operations for the ICPC North American Championship and Operations Director for Academic Computing at the University of Southern Mississippi. Isaac began his career as a Programmer/Analyst at Computer Sciences Corporation, working on crucial projects such as quality control systems and software design. Isaac holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from The University of Southern Mississippi.
