Jeannie Hopper has extensive experience in residential education and leadership roles in higher education institutions. Jeannie has recently been working as the Director of Residential Education at Louisiana State University, where they oversee various residential facilities and is involved in developing and implementing departmental goals and policies. Prior to this, Jeannie served as the Associate Director for Residential Learning at the University of Mississippi from 2015 to 2022. Jeannie also held positions at the University of Tennessee, working as an Assistant Director in University Housing from 2008 to 2015 and as a Hall Director from 2005 to 2008.
Jeannie Hopper earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2003. Jeannie later pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) in English Literature from the same institution, completing it in 2005.
