John-Paul H. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resource development and education. As the Co-Founder of Chalenj, a SAAS content experience platform launched in June 2021, and SnagPad, a job search learning and management system founded in November 2011, John-Paul focuses on enhancing communication and job search processes. Additionally, John-Paul serves as a Senior Fellow at the University of Ottawa and has held various academic positions, including Associate Professor and Professor in multiple institutions, contributing to programs in human resource leadership and development. As the Founder of Flowork International, LLC, John-Paul aids individuals and organizations in developing social capital. An accomplished consultant since 1998, John-Paul has designed training programs, assessed corporate systems, and created tools for entrepreneurship success. Educated with a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto, John-Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the workforce development field.
