Jordan Pennella currently serves as the Director of Sport Science and RTP Associate Coordinator for LSU Football, a position held since January 2022. Previously, Jordan held various roles in sport science and strength & conditioning, including Assistant Manager for LSU Football and Interim Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for LSU Baseball. Prior to joining LSU, Jordan worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for the University of Southern California and the United States Air Force Academy. Jordan's early career included significant experience in private equity and investment banking at Brightstar Capital Partners and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where responsibilities included financial analyses and trading across various sectors. Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University.
