Joy Monahan

Joy Monahan is an experienced equity, equality, diversity, and inclusion leader with a strong background as a problem solver, business advisor, and lawyer. They have over a decade of experience counseling clients in litigation and corporate matters across various industries and have served in multiple roles within the Federal Government. Currently, Joy leads EEDI programs at AbbVie and is a member of the LSU National Diversity Advisory Board. Their educational credentials include a JD from LSU Law and a Master’s in Public Policy from Georgetown University.
