Lindsey Johnson, LMSW, is an experienced academic counselor with a focus on social work. Since January 2019, Lindsey has been employed at Louisiana State University, providing academic support. Prior experience includes a social work internship at North Oaks Health System, where case management involved working with women and children in a trauma unit, and an internship at Discovery Family Resource Project, assisting vulnerable families with case management. Lindsey also worked as a student worker for the Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners from March 2015 to July 2017. Lindsey holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Tulane University School of Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Southeastern Louisiana University.
