Lori Williams

Lori Williams currently serves as the Deputy Athletics Director for Leadership & Strategy at Louisiana State University, a position held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Lori was the Associate VP of Operations and Chief Human Resources Officer/Chief Diversity Officer at Grambling State University from January 2020 to July 2021. Experience also includes serving as Senior Associate Athletics Director/SWA and Title IX Coordinator at Texas A&M University from February 2016 to December 2019, and holding various roles at The Buckner Law Firm, the University of Kansas, and the NCAA. Lori began a career in compliance as the Assistant Director at the Big 12 Conference and as a Compliance Intern at Texas Tech University. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Baylor University and a Doctor of Law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law.
