Luan Vu

Luan Vu serves as an Assistant Professor in Immunology on a tenure-track at The University of Texas at San Antonio since August 2024, while simultaneously holding a position as an Assistant Professor on the research track at Louisiana State University since March 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Louisiana State University from December 2017 to October 2022 and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center from December 2016 to December 2017. Luan Vu earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine from the University of Sydney, where studies were conducted from December 2012 to September 2016. Additional educational qualifications include a Master's in Virology and a Bachelor's in Biology, both obtained from Vietnam National University. Luan Vu has also worked as a Research Scientist at Institut Pasteur and participated as an exchange scholar at Hokkaido University.
