Martin Johnson

Martin Johnson currently serves as the Dean of the Manship School of Mass Communication at Louisiana State University, a position held since August 2014, while also holding the Kevin P. Reilly, Sr. Chair in Political Communication. Prior to this role, Martin Johnson was a faculty member at the University of California, Riverside, from July 2002 to July 2014, where duties included positions as Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor. Earlier academic work included graduate studies at Rice University from 1997 to 2002, after earning a B.A. in Journalism from Louisiana State University in 1991.
