Mike Morgan

Mike Morgan is an experienced finance professional and educator with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an Instructor at Louisiana State University since August 2023, Mike previously held the position of Professor of Practice in the Department of Finance at The University of Southern Mississippi from 2014 to 2023, teaching various finance courses. Mike's corporate leadership includes significant roles such as President and CFO at Bomgar Corporation, where impressive growth and a successful exit were achieved by the company. Additional experience as CFO for American HealthTech and executive positions at Trinsic Communications and Touch 1 Communications further establish Mike's expertise in finance and management. In the realm of public service, Mike served as an elected official in Clinton, MS, and Hinds County, enhancing knowledge in governmental accounting. Mike holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi, an MBA from Mississippi College, and a Graduate Certificate of Professional Accountancy from the University of West Florida.
