Milan Stokes currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Louisiana State University since January 2020, focusing on training and developing team members in key business processes, while also managing student employment for 400 individuals within LSU Athletics. As an advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Milan plays an active role on several councils and committees, contributing to educational initiatives and creating an inclusive onboarding experience. Previous experience includes a Human Resources Intern role within LSU Athletics, optimizing job descriptions and policies, as well as leadership positions in the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Academically, Milan is pursuing a Doctor of Law at Southern University Law Center, with prior degrees in Leadership and Human Resource Development and English from Louisiana State University.
