Morgan Acosta, MS, RD, LD, serves as the Interim Director of Football Nutrition and Assistant Performance Dietitian for football at Louisiana State University since February 2024. Previously, Morgan held the position of Sports Nutrition Fellow with Ole Miss Football from August 2022 to June 2023 and completed a Sports Nutrition Out-of-Season Internship with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in early 2022. Early experience includes a Sports Nutrition Dietetic Internship at the University of Kentucky and a Sports Nutrition Undergraduate Internship at Louisiana State University, alongside serving as a Student Athlete in softball with NCAA from June 2015 to May 2017. Morgan earned a Master of Science in Nutrition from Samford University in 2021 and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Louisiana State University in 2020.
