Sydney Epps

Sydney Epps is the owner of Epps Educational Consulting, specializing in long-term educational guidance for underrepresented demographics, curriculum development, and assessment since July 2021. In addition to consulting, Sydney serves as an adjunct professor at both the University of Oklahoma and Louisiana State University, teaching courses on organizational behavior, ethics, and African-American studies. Sydney has varied experience in higher education, including roles as a Graduate Enrollment Data Analyst, Voting Commissioner for the Louisiana Registrar of Voters Association, and Director of First-Year Experience Programs at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. With advanced degrees in Educational Leadership and Organizational Leadership, along with a background in journalism and sociology, Sydney brings a diverse skill set to educational initiatives and community engagement efforts.
