Todd Manuel serves as the Vice President for Engagement, Civil Rights & Title IX at Louisiana State University since September 2022. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from Southern University Law Center (1995-1998) and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University (1995).
