Wes Ladd

Wes Ladd currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Polaris EcoSystems, Inc. since March 2024. In addition to this role, Wes Ladd is a Faculty Advisor and Instructor for the LSU Cyber Clinic at Louisiana State University, where involvement began in January 2023. As the Founder of Train GRC since October 2021, Wes Ladd has also worked as a Cloud Architecture Consultant for TryHackMe until August 2024 and has led the MLOps Community from June 2023 to June 2024. Previous experience includes significant roles at RSM US LLP from February 2018 to October 2021, including Secure Architecture - Cloud Security Manager, Secure Architecture - Cloud Security Supervisor, Senior Information Security Consultant, and Information Security Consultant. Prior to this, Wes Ladd was a Technology Risk Advisor at EY for a brief period in 2017, and held risk-related positions at Louisiana State University from September 2015 to July 2017, alongside an internship at Fannie Mae. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Internal Audit from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
