Amar Patil

Amar Patil is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as an Engineering Manager - Electrical at L&T Construction since December 2023, leading the design of the largest solar PV power plant projects globally. Prior to this, Amar held the position of Sr. Manager - Design & Engineering - Solar international at Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy from July 2015 to December 2023, where responsibilities included directing the design and execution of large-scale solar PV projects across multiple countries. Amar began a career as an Electrical Design Engineer - Solar PV at juwi India Renewable Energies Pvt. Ltd. from July 2011 to June 2015, collaborating with sales and business development teams to prepare technical proposals and conducting site surveys. Amar holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from RNS Institute of Technology, obtained in May 2011.
