Mohanraj A is a seasoned manager at Larsen & Toubro Limited, specializing in renewable energy, including green hydrogen and battery energy storage systems, with 23 years of experience in various sectors such as industrial electrification and substations. They began their career as a Graduate Apprentice at Tamilnadu Electricity Board, progressing to roles including Plant Engineer and Electrical Engineer in subsequent positions. In their career, Mohanraj has successfully managed and executed multiple projects related to solar and wind energy, as well as substation construction and operation. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management at Anna University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Periyar University, both with first-class distinctions.
