Rajesh Kumar P is currently working as a Manager - HR at L&T Construction since April 2022. Prior to this, Rajesh worked at FSS from May 2015 to March 2022, holding various HR management positions. Before FSS, Rajesh gained experience in talent acquisition at Altimetrik and Covenant Consultants. Rajesh holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Magnus School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from Jaya College Of Arts and Science.
