Ajay Mathur

Ajay Mathur is an achievement-driven professional with over 35 years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality, and Project Management across various manufacturing and EPC sectors, including Thermal and Nuclear Power. They currently serve as the Head of the EHS Capability Center at L&T Power, leading initiatives in EHS for Thermal and Nuclear Power projects. Previously, Ajay held senior roles at FAG Bearings India Ltd and WindWorld India Limited, where they specialized in Safety, Health, and Quality Assurance. Ajay is NEBOSH certified and has extensive expertise in developing and implementing EHS management systems, conducting safety training, and performing risk assessments. They possess a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and are furthering their education in Six Sigma at the Indian Statistical Institute.
