At LT Talent, we partner with founder-led start-ups and high-growth, VC- and PE-backed brands, helping them scale by connecting them with exceptional talent that isn’t readily accessible on the open market.

As a specialist recruiter across Beauty, Cosmetics, Wellness, and Personal Care, our strength lies in a genuinely established network built over 15+ years. This isn’t just a database - it’s a carefully cultivated community of real relationships with top-tier industry professionals.

How many founders, hiring managers, or leadership teams have spent hours going through CVS... Only to realise none of them are quite right? Hiring is shifting from: “Who applies” → “Who you can access”

We give our clients access to high-calibre talent you won’t find on job boards, enabling them to hire faster, smarter, and with confidence.

If you’re currently hiring (or planning to) - or just want insight on the market, salaries, or talent trends, please get in touch - Hello@LT-Talent.co.uk
