Matt Smith has extensive experience in tennis coaching and development, currently serving as Coach Development and Learning Manager and Coach Engagement Manager at LTA since March 2018, where responsibilities include managing the Coach Accreditation scheme and delivering professional development opportunities. As Founder of Mini Tennis World Tour since January 2017, Matt has led a charitable initiative to deliver mini tennis in underserved schools and orphanages globally.
