Michael Bourne is an accomplished professional in the field of sports performance and analysis, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director for elite sport at England Netball since December 2022, while also holding a position as an Expert Advisory Board Member for Podium Analytics since November 2022. With extensive experience in performance roles, Bourne has acted as Performance Director at LTA since October 2020 and previously held multiple leadership roles at UK Sport from September 2014 to October 2020, including Acting Director of Performance. Prior to that, Bourne contributed to the England & Wales Cricket Board as Head of Science and Medicine and National Lead for Performance Analysis from September 2009 to September 2014.
