Vicky Williams

Vicky Williams has extensive work experience in various HR and leadership roles. Vicky started their career at Marks and Spencer PLC as a Junior Management Trainee. Vicky then moved on to Compass Group, where they held several positions, including HR Director for the Sport, Leisure, and Hospitality Division and Regional HR Director. Williams also worked as the HR Director for Compass Group UK & Ireland, where they were responsible for implementing centralized talent and resourcing services. Vicky later joined Compass Group UK and Ireland as the HR Director for the Business and Industry sector. In 2013, they joined LTA as the People Director and Head of HR. In 2019, Williams became a Non-Executive Director for the Millennium and Copthorne Hotel Group. Throughout their career, Williams has demonstrated expertise in talent management, recruitment, and HR strategy.

Vicky Williams attended Twickenham School for Girls from 1973 to 1978. Vicky then enrolled in Ashford Sixth Form College from 1978 to 1980. Currently, they are studying business coaching at Meyler Campbell, with an expected completion date in 2021.
