Ryan Romano

Ryan Romano is a seasoned financial professional, currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at LTC ACO since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, including Healthcare Manager and Senior Healthcare Analyst, from September 2019 to January 2022. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Henry Ford Health System and financial roles at AIG, where responsibilities ranged from financial systems analysis to financial analysis. Ryan began a career in customer service and coaching at Zukey Lake Tavern and Pinckney Community Schools, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Grand Valley State University, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
