David Boitano

David Boitano currently serves as the Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer at LTC Properties, Inc. since April 2025. Prior to this role, David was the Managing Director for Seniors/Healthcare Finance at Lument from November 2020 to April 2025, where responsibilities included providing flexible financing solutions for senior housing and healthcare partners. David's extensive experience in healthcare real estate began at Ventas, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions from January 2002 to March 2020, focusing on new investments and client relationship management. Earlier in the career, David held the position of COO at Essential Markets and served as SVP of Finance & Acquisitions at Alterra Healthcare, where significant financial restructuring and mergers occurred. David earned a BBA in Accounting and a BA in Business-Accounting from Pacific Lutheran University between 1981 and 1983.
