Jean Portelli

Jean Portelli is a registered and Chartered insurance professional (Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute) with a broad business, legal and technical background across personal, commercial and specialist classes of insurance. They have held senior management roles in the insurance industry, including General Manager at FirstUnited Insurance Brokers Ltd (2007–2021) and at Antes Insurance Brokers Limited (2021–2022). They are the Chief Executive Officer of Ltech, a position they have held since 2022. They earned a Diploma in General Management from The Maastricht School of Management (2001–2003) and an Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) from The Chartered Insurance Institute (2009–2014). They also completed an Advanced Diploma in Applied Insurance Studies at the Malta Insurance Training Centre (2007–2008).
