Claire Walsh

Claire Walsh is Head of Legal at LTG. Claire was appointed as Company Secretary to the PLC board in December 2019. Claire joined from international law firm Marshall Denning where she was global privacy director. Prior to this, Claire was a Partner at City law firm Cannings Connolly, and served as Deputy General Counsel and director at Liquidity Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: LQDT).

Claire is admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales and the Republic of Ireland and holds three certifications with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Claire has expertise in corporate transactions, IT projects, complex commercial contracting, and data privacy.

Claire began her legal career at US law firm Steptoe & Johnson where she worked in the London and Brussels offices.
