Adith Radhakrishnan

Adith Radhakrishnan is an experienced Delivery Leader in the Banking and Financial Services industry, currently serving as Director of Program Delivery and Client Engagement at LTIMindtree since September 2021. In this role, Adith is responsible for managing marquee accounts, overseeing program delivery, and driving customer engagement, growth, and revenue. Previously, Adith held the position of Associate Director at LTIMindtree, managing customer interactions across multiple regions, including the Middle East, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Adith's extensive background also includes a decade at Tata Consultancy Services, where roles spanned from Customer Engagement and Project Delivery Manager for a major European bank to Product Owner focused on customer experience for one of Thailand's largest banks. Adith holds an MBA in Marketing Systems and Business Intelligence from Vellore Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai.
