Amol Pohnerkar has extensive experience in software testing and management, having held various roles in multiple organizations since 2007. Starting as a Software Test Engineer at Quinnox Consultancy Services India Ltd., Amol progressed to a Test Lead position at fundtech, followed by a B4-Analyst and Offshore TDM Lead/Test Lead role at Barclays Technology Center India Pvt Ltd Pune. At LTIMindtree, since March 2015, Amol has advanced through roles including Senior Manager and currently serves as Associate Director, focusing on delivery management and oversight of diverse technical teams. Amol holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Dr. B.A.M. University, awarded with First Class honors.
